Mowing/Turf Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Mower/Turf Operator to join our team and help maintain large turf areas and gardens to the highest standard. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have experience with turf care machinery, we’d love to hear from you!

Offering a pay rate of $35.26 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading), Monday - Friday and early finishes in Summer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating ride-on mowers and equipment to maintain large turf areas
• Turf renovation and fertilizing programs
• Weeding, pruning, and general garden maintenance
• Clearing debris to keep sites tidy and safe
• Safe operation of tractors and turf care machinery

Requirements:

• Previous ride-on mower and turf renovation experience
• Knowledge of fertilization schedules
• Tractor operation competency
• Certificate in Turf Management
• Full working rights in Australia
